Visiting a masterpiece

Students in the J-term program "Music of Paris" visit Chartres Cathedral. Known for its breathtaking stained glass, the cathedral in Chartres is one of the best examples of gothic architecture in France. It was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979, which called it "the high point of French Gothic art" and a masterpiece.
